Shipping/Delivery
The House of Fine Writing Online Shop only delivers within Canada.
All products are delivered from the House of Fine Writing Store in Toronto, Ontario.
We ship your order once payment has been approved and your address is verified.
All payments will be subject to both validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. In the case of the card issuer refusing payment, the House of Fine Writing Online Shop will not process the order and will contact you. All payments are processed in a secure manner, with parcel shipments going out on Mondays by Canada Post in most cases. We take great care in ensuring that your order and all payment details are held securely. We are however not liable should a third party have accessed the data whilst ordering.
All orders will be shipped out within 2-4 business days of receipt of order and will be delivered to the delivery address in your confirmation.
You will receive a tracking number when your order has been shipped.
We require signature at delivery and all deliveries are insured by House of Fine Writing, however, once your order has been signed for we are no longer responsible for your order.
